6. print out confirmation of free hotel email and take with you to hotel
7. call :1-800-441-1618ask for Best rates department
8. if they refuse to give it free, you can cancel the original reservation online.
9. Be sure to check cancelation policy, might be 24, 48, 72 or NO cancelations.

NOTES:

  • If you need two rooms for the same night, make sure to use different email addresses, different credit cards, differnet phone number and address and of course, different names.
  • Only good for ONE NIGHT
  • You can only book ONE night at ONE hotel. I tried to book the same night at different hotels, and they made me choose one or the other.
  • IF you need multiple nights: Hotel A and Hotel B book 1 night Hotel A, then go to Hotel B, then back to Hotel A
